What is with the Combinator Backdrops here at Maustaste-Soundwelt.de , you ask ?

So in the last few days i has uploaded all the combinator pics i made by my self, all in seperate articles / sites here on my wordpress.
But it was not a real nice idea from me so let me say, for each single combinator pic you must browsen through all my combinator section to find one you like. I work at the moment for a better solution that all be happy and the collecting for my combinator pics are easier as before. Finally i thinking about a Rar Archiv wich include my complete combinator backdrop picture content.

When will the Combinator backdrops are back ?
So soon as possible , i work strong for a better solution as the single files…

For all new Reason users, what are Backdrops ?
So in Reason 3 was a new device modul intigrated into the Rack. So the Combinator , thy work as known as a drawer system where you can modulate build your synth routing , effect routing or even …. . So the standart combinator modul comes in a white case, with a clear gui surface. But when you are have a lot of self created so you can use skins as .jpg files for backdrop pictures on the gui instead of the white standart surface. So thats Combinator Backdrops in Reason.

Did you remember the 90′s ? – Where Moby’s Piano intro part  beginns on “Go!”  ? – Silver Dance Piano gives you now the possibility to play it in Reason 4 again.

Mhhh… wich is the best point to start in reviewing freeware refills, so i ask my self. I mean there is a lot of creative heads in the freeware refill building scene, so it is very difficult to say refill “x” is the best or refill “y” is the best at the web at site abc . All programmers and sound designers of free refills has a lot of techincal skills and make a great job on each free Refill that we know. I think its time to say a big “Thank you!” to all they who support the Free Refill Scene too. They all done a great work in the past , thank you to all there who sample sounds, make  editing , create effect patches, skin a backdrop, etc. and compile the whole work finally as a free refill. And in the word “free” there is a lot of hours hidden… so i know what i write here.

Hi there this refills are all free and done by someone else but not from me. Of course theres a lot of free refills so quality good that may they can be called as professionals too in the free reason refill scene. So here i will list all the refills they i know and will give them a look of there usability in reason. This article will not be a complete list of all free (unpossible),  all the listetd refills you cannot download here (first i dont have the permissions and second not enough webspace to handle these all) . Well now this is the second version of Maus sampler -> Called Maus Drumsapler Extended . You have access to 109 alltime favorite classic drumboxes from the whole World of top leading music hardware companies. In this Refill you get 122 single NN-XT Patches and 122 Combinator Presets for ultimate producing.

In this new Maus Drumsampler Extended Refill, you dont see Redrum patches. So i think , the redrum is much pretty good for drumkits but the limitation only of ten channels is more then ugly in these time. The NN-XT Sampler will give you more opions to handle the samples completly in one programm. A lot of NNXT patches are use the complete keyrange up to 88 keys, can a redrum handle these too ? – And in Reason we have the abilty to use sub lanes in the sequencer now and so it is given that the NN-XT is now for me the ultimate weapon when i need a fat drumkit.
